IV Solutions was founded by a pharmacist who saw firsthand the profound impact of hospice care and the heartbreaking delays that too often undermine it. That experience forged our mission: to be a pharmacy that hospice teams can truly rely on — one that understands the urgency, complexity, and emotional weight of end-of-life care.
For over 38 years, we’ve focused exclusively on hospice infusion therapies, specializing in treatments that are often hard to access and require deep clinical expertise. With our in-house compounding facility, we bypass the shortages and backorders that typically slow down larger corporate chains. From pain management to specialized therapies, we work alongside your field nurses to ensure every patient receives the care they need.
We’ve grown from serving only the Eastern Shore of Maryland to supporting hospice providers across 23 states, including Arizona, Michigan, Georgia, Tennessee, Washington County, Ohio, and South Carolina.
